Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery We ship worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by TR Fragrance.
